July 7, 2009 - To increase Lorain County recycling, Allied Waste is rolling out an incentive program this week to reward household customers who participate in green bin recycling. RecycleBank, used in more than 100 cities in 19 states since 2005, will award points to Allied Waste customers who recycle with green bins in Amherst, Amherst Township, Carlisle, Sheffield Village and Avon.
